Hi Pravin,

Check Out  C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One ServerTools\License\B1Upf.xml file in the server.

If need be, you can rename this file, SBO will recreate it for you and reset all the licenses.

You will then need to reassign all the licenses to the users.

Edy

Pravin,

take a look at this post: http://scn.sap.com/thread/1637244

The recommendation to recreate the B1UPf.xml file is:

You can release your licenses doing this:

1) Stop the License Manager Service

2) Delete the B1Upf.xml file

3) Start the License Manager Service

Please do 2 or 3 backups of this file before doin´ this!

Regards,

Gustavo.

Hi Pravin,

under "C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One ServerTools\License" directory (or similar, depends on your installation), you can find the following file: B1Upf.xml

You can open it with Excel and see which license is assigned to which user. It´s not recommended to edit it, so it´s better to copy the file and open from another directory.

I hope this can help you.

Regards,

Gustavo.

Hi, PRAVEEN

Check Under Lience Adminstration-> Allocation tab

check whether  you assigned to these also  B1i and B1li  and check under components tab how many professional licence are purchased. Ask the user to close for half an hour and reassign the licence .

Hi Pravin,

If you have other Data Base and you assign the licence then you need to remove the licence from that DB.so that you can 10 licence in the current db. The other option is you need to create the same user in the current db so it will work in both DB.
