No XML after Release Confirmation in SNC

Hello,everyone,

I am working on ERP EHP6 and SNC 7.02

According to online help, release schedule line confirmation can generate XML to APO in service part planning scenario.

However, my requirements is to reform the functionality:

i wanna use DeliveryScheduleConfirmation XML to map Scheduling Agreement confirmations to the ECC side.

Now, i can publish the release confirmation via table view "Confirmation" in the view "Release Detail" of SNC supplier view.

But the XML cannot be found in SXI_monitor "Monitor for Processed XML messages", that means, the XML DeliveryScheduleConfirmation doesn't be generated after "save + send confirmation".

By the way, the error message is :There are no confirmations that can be sent (/SCA/DM_SC 116) after execute "save + send confirmations"

Could you have some suggestions ?!

It's lucky that the SA confirmation can be sent only in normal SNC.

Vincent,

As you have mentioned the Release confirmations is meant only for SPM scnearios. So not sure if the DeliveryScheduleConfirmation XML will even get generated for normal SNC.

Check if the validation check that send the SA confirmation is active in your system:

SCONF_PUBLISH_DIRECT - For Validation Profile SCN3

Hi Vincent,

Not sure but by looking at error message SA is not confirmed.

Can select the schedule line then click on confirm button.

Then click on Save+send confirmations.

If still no XML triggered then check what error you are getting in SLG1 tcode and in web ui.
