Upload / Download data to/from single Excel File with diffrent Sheets

Hi Every one ...............!

i need small help. i have 3 internal tables with 3 kinds of data. my requirement is to download data into 3 sheets in single Excel file and vice versa (i mean upload from excel file to 3 Internal tables). so is there any Function Module for this requirement.

    at present i don't remember exact name of FM

    but search forum with 'EXCEL' , there are many threads.

    Also in SE37 print EXCEL and press F4.

    Hi, the FM Surpreet Singh Bal mentioned maybe 'ALSM_EXCEL_TO_INTERNAL_TABLE'.

    It can read the text from excel, and return a internal table store content of every cells of excel in it.
