Error with Access control owner grc 10.0

Hi Friends,

I am using GRC 10.0 SP11.

I am facing issue with the  Access control owner .

I cannot see the owner name

I am on SP11 for GRC and the Central Owner Names appear without issue.

Since this is POWL functionality, what Basis SP are you on? I noticed on my screen I have links with the words Filter and Settings whilst your screen shot shows icons (just above the table on the right below the Change Query/Define New Query/Personalize.

Maybe there is a need to delete query cache?!? Possibly delete cache via programs SE38 POWL_D01 and POWL_D04 for the Application Id GRAC_CENTRAL_OWNER for your User Id (you will lose any custom queries though).

Can you go into settings and add the column Owner Id to see if the User ID appears?

Also, does the Access Owner information display when you open one of the records?

Hi Colleen,

I am Basis SP 05.

I have deleted the cache via programs SE38 POWL_D01 and POWL_D04 for the Application Id GRAC_CENTRAL_OWNER but id did not help.

I have gone to settings and tried to add the column Owner id and it shows the owner id however the Owner field is still blank.

Please see the screen attached.

Yes the Access Owner information is displayed when i open any of the record.

possibly consider raising a message with SAP?... unless someone else can give you information

In the mean time, User Id Column might help you until your issue is resolved.
