Can I alter the default position of sub-totals in a Web Intelligence report? In other words, can I put the sub-totals at the top of a break in a standard report or at the left of a break in a crosstab report?
We are using BI 4.0 SP04 Patch 5.
Thanks,
Noel

I can't even get what you are suggesting to work in a standard table.
So here is a simplified example.
If I break on Account Number (similar to your break on Country) and sum the Transaction Amount I get the following...
When I go to Manage Breaks I get this...
As you can see Break header is checked and I don't see where I can specify Show table header here, but I can if I right-click on my table and choose Format Table.
What version and patch of BI are you on?
Noel
First uncheck break footer, then right click on the table, format table. Now step back, the format will look like a mess now, but take a closer look, your subtotals are above now, only hidden with some blue background and names of KFs and dims.
I used BI 4.0 SP04 for the screenshot I shared, but this trick has been working since xi 3.1 days, so I'm confident that you will succeed 🙂
