Regardning merdging data of a DSO

Hello Everybody,

My scenario is customer expecting report on Posting Date. Data flow : 2 BW 3.5 data sources are there. from there via infosource data directly coming to ODS. Issue is in the table related to 1st data source they are not maintaining Posting Date. only log indicator is there. this confirmation data.In the second data source  we have posting date. Now i need to merge both records.

For Ex : If i check for one Day for the first data source i got 60 records with posting date. in that only 10 records are posted with log indicator X. In the second data source for the same day i got 36 records with all the data with out posting date.

I need total 46 records into cube. we can check these data using Transaction ID. In BI 7 we can write end routine. Please suggest me what to do in BW 3.5.

Please help me. I hope you are able to understand my requirement. Need to merge the rows which have posting date in to above rows which dont have posting date but have log indicator.

Issue resolved. Copy the posting date using Transfer id from ODS table and place the same in Posting Date using Update routine . In cube data is fine. Thanks to reply.

What are the keyfield in DSO 1 and 2 ?

Also let us know about the Kfs you are getting from dso 1 and 2.
