Process control 10.0 CLM

Hi,

I would require some assistance in using CLM in PC 10.0

I have downloaded a template from CLM and im trying to fill in the required information for upload.In particular, i wanted to upload the excel with "Organizations" tab filled in.But the job is getting failed. Im thinking, the way i fill in the data in the excel is incorrect.

Can someone assist / provide me any document on how to manipulate the CLM template in filling the data.
