CRM Documentation

Hi All,

Even I am looking for CRM documentation. Basically I have strated my career practicing from help.sap.com for R/3. mySAP CRM did't seem to be friendly in the help.sap.com. So if anyone can post any link for some nice documentation for CRM just like the R/3 would be greatly appreciated.
