SAP BPC NW 10 SP08 CPMB/LOAD_INFOPROV_UI keeps running

Hi all

We are using the SAP BPC NW 10 SP08 and I am running the data package to load data from an info cube

the package runs successfully for one co code however for another similar info cube for another co code the

package keeps running

for a successful data import the status message is as below

/CPMB/MODIFY completed in 0 seconds

/CPMB/INFOPROVIDER_CONVERT completed in 17 seconds

/CPMB/LOAD_IP completed in 35 seconds

/CPMB/CLEAR completed in 0 seconds

Hi Athar,

You are skipping a large amount of records. Is this on purpose? If not I'd start investigating there as to why so many records are skipped, maybe that's your issue?

The skip number is on purpose these are the records from mapping with locked accounts and need not to be considered.

There is some other issue where package keeps on running and does not show as completed

have you any other idea why this happens

Hi Athar,

There was a bug when Package never ends if there is 0 accepted records. It came with SP08 and fixed in OSS Note 1787650.

Can you check if it helps in your case?

Thanks for your input we have applied the note as well but still problem is same

After analyzing the back ground jobs I have figured out that package get stuck on

Truncate Table / BIO / "06000000005"

and taking too much time on this step

any suggestions please
