I am trying use co19 for processing time events. I am using record type group 2 against machine and labor. Now, system is posting duration ( finished or interrupted processing time - start processing time) as machine hours and same thing reflects in cost analysis also.
Now, we have a scenario where an individual operation may have 3 different machines running simultaneously to yield a products but only one operator is working on those 3 machines. We introduce multiple capacity in terms of split in the work center and routing.
Basically, we are planning to schedule the production order with number of split between 1-3 which will tell us whether machines hours are multiply by 3 machines or 1.
For example, operation started at 1:00 pm and finished at 3:00 pm, if we use 3 machines we want to post activities of machine hours as (3-1)= 2 * 3 = 6 hours.
But it is always posting as 2 hours as of now. We want to post this activities automatically upon interruption or finished processing, could you please help me to find a way to achieve this.
