hierarchy problem

Hi all,

i have customer infoobject for which the hier. is maintained, i mapped that to my transaction data and every thing is loading(only testing with few records) fine but in the report the customers are under the not assigned node(report has only one node i.e not assigned), I checked the hier. in rsa1 and the customer is assigned to the hier, then why doesn’t the hier appear in the report. Is there any why I can figure out this?
