Initialization error for the FI datasource 0fi_gl_1

Hi Experts,

My BI and ECC system are new and I am schduling a Init with datatransfer for Datasourc 0fi_gl_1 from BI to ECC but

infopackage is throwing error.

Error:

1. error in the source system

2. Devaition of 173 seconds in qrfc ......

Please provide your exprt advice .

Same issue i am facing init with data transfer for othe fi datasource also.

Do i need to make any special setting for the first time initialization.

Any pointers, helps highly appreciated..

    hi gupta,

    Source system may not be responding well.

    please check at SM58/TRFC luws may be stuck.

    please share job log details from ecc sm37.

    Please guide...

    I tried so many options but getting eror while doing "Init with data transfer fo the datasouc 0fi_gl_6 and 0fi_gl_14" .

    Error :

    Deviation of 172 seconds between qRFC counter 000013619012840000010000 and current time 26.02.2013 17:51:52

    Please hlp here.

    Hi Hirdesh,

    This error is because of the time difference between the Application server of source system and DB server of source system. Also there was a time diff. between BW system and R/3 system.

    Just try to make the times all in sink for all the servers and it will work. It is not possible to match time accuratly on all the servers, but around one min. diff. is acceptable.

    You can work with the BASIS and get it done...

    Program :RSDBTIME , Execute this program and check the Time Inconsistencies between ECC n BW systems .

    Its better to check and correct the issue with the help of BASIS or DB person.
