InfoView Not Pulling Data

I published a Crystal Report to Business Objects Server and have allowed users to run the report dynamically using InfoView.

The report works fine using CR2008, but InfoView doesn't work properly.

I have 2 parameters set (Start Date & End Date)

I enter the following data: 11/21/2012 & 12/20/2012 - Report works fine

I enter the following data: 12/21/2012 & 1/20/2013 - Report works fine

I enter the following data: 1/21/2013 & 2/20/2013 - Report DOES NOT display all data. Infoview only displays 1/21 and 1/22 data.

I run the same date range in Crystal Reports 2008 and it displays all the data. I've checked all criteria and nothing unusual which would prevent the report to only pull those two dates. I tried removing the parameters, but the same problem still exists in InfoView.

The data exists, but InfoView isn't displaying it. Any Suggestions?

Thanks.

Eric

I think we have resolved the issue. The BOE server had a different Network Protocol Host Name setup. IT changed servers back in September 2012, but never made the change to the ODBC configuration.

I have come closer to resolving the issue. The database connection is to a Sybase Database. The driver is not interpreting the SQL properly. I am checking to see if the Business Objects Enterprise Server uses a different driver (SQL Anywhere) than my PC.
