Hi there.
Is there anyway of customizing the format of the excel workbooks that are produced via the reporting agent?
e.g. maintaining some sort of template or (ideally) being able to customize individual reports.
Thanks.
Mark
Hi Mark,
You should be able to do this by creating a workbook template. Take a look at the following links:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/33/746e393cf65c1ae10000000a114084/content.htm
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/f1/0a551ce09411d2acb90000e829fbfe/content.htm (New Workbooks when embedding)
Hope this helps...

Hi Mark,
What version of BW are you on, as I am using BW 3.1 and would like to know how you produced excel workbooks from Reporting Agent.
Thanx Grant.

Thanx for getting back...
Realised this after I posted the question.
I've got the web template to execute and downloaded it to excel via the Download Scheduler.
Anyway to email/FTP the excel report from within Reporting Agent / Download Scheduler? (I know that this is possible using the Information Broadcastor of 3.5)
Cheers Grant.
