Hi all,

I´m running solman 7.01 EHP1 on windows 2008 R2 with MS SQL 2005.

I´m a SAP partner and i need to connect my clients system to solman. I have the respective RFC on my SM59 but i can link them to my SMSY can some one tell me what I´m doing wrong?

I have a Development system on my company running on the same box but even this one I can connect.

best regards,

nelson chamba\

Usually you connect your managed systems to SAP Solution Manager via SLD. To do this you need to register your managed system in your SLD (RZ70 for AS ABAP, SLD Data Supplier tab in Visual Administrator for AS Java). After that perform SMSY configuration via SMSY_SETUP in your SAP Solution Manager system: select data supplier and schedule job LANDSCAPE FETCH to fetch data from SLD. Or you can add you system manually in SMSY.

To get the systems in SMSY, you should register them in your local SLD.
