KeyFigure in Capacity View in SNP not aggregating

In SNP, i have created planning area by copying the Standard Planning Area SNP02.

I have created the Planning Book by copying standard SNP94 planning book.

Due to my business requirement i have added the custom time-series keyfigure in Capacity view where users update these keyfigure manually.I have added same keyfigure in the Plan view also, because business want see the data pertaining to the all the resource at the plant level with material.

when Users updates values in the custom key figure at the level of resource and Material in capacity view, the data is not populated in the plan view.

We have a 3 resource in SNP, Res1, Res2 and Res3 for Plant X.Product A is produced in Res1, Res2 and Res3.

In capacity view data is manually entered at ProductA and Res1, res2 and res3.

For example : Product A and res1 = 100 for Week14 2013

Product A and res2 = 100 for Week14 2013

Product A and res3 = 100 for Week14 2013

When i check data in the plan view for the Product A at plant X level, Keyfigure value should be 300. But unfortunately data which is not POPULATED in the Plan view for the Plantx and ProductA.

Why data is not populating in the Plan view? Is it not possible or did i miss any settings?

Please advice.

    Hi Vasu,

As you aware, capacity view doesn't use the product (9AMATNR) characteristic. The values that you set in this view are stored at a different CVC level than that used by the plan view. Due to this reason, values are not sharable between these two views.

You need to define a custom macro function that can capture the 9AMATNR, 9ALOCNO, time buckets, and value. Then, you can call BAPI (BAPI_PBSRVAPS_CHANGEKEYFIGVAL2) to save data so that your plan view can recognize it.

    • Hi Vasu,

You need to tweak your macros Layout Attributes for Planning Objects level 1 and level 2 to allow the inputs. Add your key figure row and use macro function ROW_INPUT(1) to make it editable. Follow the planned production key figure implementation.
