Workflow - Replacing an Ad hoc Anchor

Hi Ramki / Workflow gurus,

My requirement is -

I want to add approvers at runtime. How can I use Ad hoc Anchor. As far as I know, I need to add a workflow on control tab of Adhoc Anchor but how it will work ?

Please give me some tips.

Hi Pras,

please see http://help.sap.com/saphelp_46c/helpdata/en/f4/9f9138d380f50fe10000009b38f8cf/frameset.htm for reference how to set up an ad hoc agent assignment and for how it works.

What you need to do is to first clear the responsible agents in the step(s) you want to ad hoc-enable and then just go and enable the ad hoc agent assignment (Extras -> Ad hoc functions -> Enable ad hoc agent assignment in the workflow builder). The system fills your wf container with new ad hoc agent elements and assigns these to the proper responsible agent fields.
