Over delivery tolerance in SRM PO not taken from material

Hi,

We have SRM 5.0 with extended classic scenario.

In ECC, in the material master data, we maintain a purchasing value key with an over delivery tolerance (5 or 10%). This not transferred to SRM at the time of the material replication.

When the PO is created in SRM and transferred to ECC, ECC is not taking the value from the material master data neither, which causes a lot of problem as the system considers the over delivery tolerance 0 and doesn't allow to receive more than the quantity defined in the PO.

Is there a solution to get the value of the over delivery tolerance of the material master data in the SRM PO ?

Hi March,

Except in stand alone scenario, for all other scenarios SRM delivery tolerances won't work either to material or through IMG configuration.

I have faced similar issues and SAP replied by saying that over delivery is possible only by inputting the tolerance limits manually in SRM PO, system won't fetch the tolerance group settings via IMG and user group attributes setup in SRM structure or any other settings automatically.
