    Hi Indira,

You can restrict the user by adding them to a PD profile in Structural authorization. For that you have to create a Structural Authorization profile through T-code "OOSP".

Under this T-code, for the Authorization profile you can set the Org unit & PA in Object Type and Object ID column to restrict the users.

    Regards

    Gautam

Dear Sagar, 1) when we used structural along with General authorization.., tried to access PA30.It was not worked 2) we have tried with P_Orgincon where the Personnel Area is restricted and the PD profile for certain org unit is assigned..this is allowing us to see all the personnel areas and all the org structure(PD frofile-evp-O-S-P, Object Id and Org unit-O and Maintenace mode-yes) a) along with this Used PLOG, P_PCLX and P_PERNR these are the instances we have now. Our Quiries are-- a)Can we restrict this requirement through P_Orgincon? if yes did i missed anything here b)Does structural alone suffice this issue ? Pls provide me support in this regard. Thanks in Advance!!! Regards

Sagar, Thanks for the Reply!! 1)Structural alone working and we could restrict the Org unit uisng PD profiles as we mentioned earlier 2)When we checked PA30 all the people under that personnel area are visible. 3)ORGPD switch is ON..As we are evaluating Org unit we have turned it to "3" Still it is not working...If anything we have missed..pls give some info.. Regards
