Restrictions through Org Unit along with Personnel Area

Hi experts, We have authorization controls through Personnel area now. We are trying to build controls through Org unit along with personnel area and employee subgroup. regards Krishna

The authorization object p_orgin has ll that you require. Please set up the org key in customization. this is part of the p_orgin object and your requirement will be fulfilled

HI Krishna,

You can restrict the user by adding them to a PD profile in Structural authorization. For that you have to create a Structural Authorization profile through T-code "OOSP".

Under this T-code, for the Authorization profile you can set the Org unit,PA and Employee Group in Object Type and Object ID column to restrict the users.

Hi Gautam, thanks for the valuable answer.. Here is a situation where the Hr-Fac should have all personnel areas but allow to access to one Org unit/ function (eg: QA/QC, function. We are thinking to implement P_Orgincon auth object... Can you pls through some light on this whether it is possible or not  !! Thanks in Advance regards krishna
