How to free memory

Iam calling a subscreen of another program into a subscreen area of main program screen. Now when i enter some values in that subscreen and go to another screen for some other work and come back, I need the sucscreen to be fresh and should not contain the values I entered previously before leaving that screen. How can I achive that?
