Error in prerequisites check phase during managed system configuration solman 7.1

Dear Experts ,

We are facing a strange issues and the system is behaving very weird.

1.When im trying to setup the managed system ,at prerequisite run it doesnt go to the next steps and keeps on revolving.

2.In LMDB when im trying to maintained RFC at destination step phase ,it gives me time out error.

I have done for development system and it worked but now when im trying to do for other systems this issue occurs.Able to sync lmdb from sld and all system appears .

OS:Windows 2008

Database ;Sybase Ase

I have also updated the statistics ATM table but still the same.

Hi Asim,

Any ABAP dumps reported in the systems? Check if SM50/SM66 where wp's are hanging ?

Check the ABAP shared memory.

No there is no abap dumps.About shared memory i have increased the abap/max_obj_zise to 400 Still no go

Hi,

Please check in SHMM (Shared Memory) if there is enough free as otherwise access to LMDB can slow down.

Check profile parameter abap/shared_objects_size_MB.

Also look at  Note 1555955 - SAP Solution Manager 7.1 - Performance Checks for LMDB
