Hierarchies for 0PROG_POS on QA

Hello I need to load some hierarchies from 4 source systems for Info Obj 0PROG_POS the problem is in QA Server I don't have the green bell at transfer rules for all my source systems, but in DEV I have all. Checking the extractor 0PROG_POS_IVPR_HIER from source system side it's now working. I tried to transport again the transfer rules on the BW Dev server but I can't activate the transfer rules for the hierarchy. Any comment is welcome.
