Issue in Long term inspection

Dear All,

                  I have marked long term inspection indicator in quality inspection plan for a material, i have done result recording for an inspection lot and Usage decision is also completed. Now i want to change the recording of results. I tried to change the characterstics results in QE12 for the inspection lot. But i am unable to change the characterstics and it displays the status of the inspection lot as follows

UD   Usage decision has been made

PASG Plan/specification assigned

CCTD Insp. characteristics created

CALC Sample calculated

RREC Results confirmed

STIC Short-term insp. completed

ICCO All inspections completed

SPRQ Quantity posting required

SPCO Stock posting completed

STUP Statistics updated

            Kindly provide the steps for changing the inspection characterstics values for UD done inspection lot

Kindly solve the query

Go to QA12.  Select Edit-->Inspection Completion-->Reset-->Inspection completion

Then you should be able to go to results recording, select a characteristic and click on the unlock padlock icon.
