BPM - Latest conditions not reflected

Hi All,

We are using BPM in which we have a condition specified. But its failing. When we checked in the ABAP stack of the WAS server thru PFTC_DIS transaction its showing the old condition which was given. Its not updating the log of the buffer value. Due to this when we trigger the interface, we are getting the return code 99 for our BPM

We are in SP13 of XI3.0 and after this the problems piled up...Anyone else facing the above mentioned problem or anyother issues with SP13 pls do help with some idea.....
