ODP_EVENT_WS_REQUEST_CLEANUP

Hello experts.

Has anyone seen this before? Wondering what Daemon it's referring to or what could be causing this issue.

EVENT-SERVICEThe daemon that is responsible for handling ODP_EVENT_WS_REQUEST_CLEANUP:(0) appears to be hanging. It will be destroyed and restarted -- Possibly on another machine.Original expected run date: Fri Jan 06 09:29:01 EST 2017

We see this in our non-prod environments as we prepare to implement V 10 SP 10.We are on NW 7.4 with ASE DB.

Still investigating, but thinking these errors were not happening immediately after the upgrade, but started at some point after. Possibly after Windows patching.
