Question Regarding Common Folders

Hello everyone,

I am trying to establish links in the Common Folders entry point that point to data repositories already established within the portal.

The steps I have followed are;

-I have navigated to <i>Content Administration > KM Content</i>

-Under the root directory, I have drilled down to the <i>"Documents"</i> folder and created a folder called <b>commonfolders</b>

-Within this folder I have created links to the internal repositories.

The problem I am having is, the first link I created was visible when I navigated to <i>Home > Documents > Common folders</i>.

However when I followed the same steps and created a 2nd and 3rd link to existing file repositories, neither was visible under the Common Folders entry point.

Futhermore, I went ahead and deleted the 1st link that WAS working and retraced my steps from the beginning, and now I cannot get any link to become visible!

Extremely frustrating.

Has anyone encountered this before or know what step I might be missing?
