Question about importing the company logo

Hello,

When I import the company logo to use it in smartforms it displays a gray background behind the logo. I imported the graphic in BMP and TIFF but still, the logo appears in the report with a gray background, and I have no clue why, and The original file has a white background like it should be.

Can someone tell me how to display and print my logo with its white background.
