PIR price change is not captured in PO

Former Member

Hello All,

I am facing a problem in purchase order. We have changed condition price in PIR with validity dates valid as on today at POrg. level. POs are created automatically w.r.t. PR, but the updated PIR price is not getting populated in PO. POs are being still created with Old PIR price .

Can you all please help and provide a solution for this.

Thanks.

Sanjay

Hi,

We have maintained a correct price and validity period, however, still this condition price is not getting populated in PO.(PO is automatically created in background)

Thanks.

if you do ME1M for your material / vendor combination. and do not add anything else in the selection screen

Do you then see 1 or more entries for this combination?

e.g. an info record at pruchasing org level and a second at purchasing org / plant level?

Hi Jurgen,

We have only maintained the PIR at POrg level and not at Plant level.

Thanks.

go into your PO condition tab and click the analyze button to see from where it is pulling the price and what fields are used to get this price

Hello Sanjay,

pls check below points :

- check the po creatio date and PIR new price maintenace date

- If you are not maintaining plant specific info record, then, pls check table no. 18- Material Info Record in access sequence of gross condition. table 18 is not plant specific.

hope this will help you.

Hello Jurgen,

There was another condition record active and that was causing the issue. Thanks very much for your inputs.

Regards.
