Hi I have managed to extract data for 2LIS_13_VDITM if the load is full. However, when I try the Delta it gives 0 records. Do I just need to modify some documents or do I need to create a queue in RSA7, where there is no entry for the 2LIS_13_VDITM. If I need to create a queue entry in RSA7 could you outline the steps. Thanks
Hi venkat,
There seems to be some confusion. What i suggest is to go for a re-init. The following steps might help you doing that.
1. In the source system, goto LBWE and for the application component 13, run a V3 update immediately.
2. In the BW system, pull the delta( even if it 0 records fine )
3. Delete the content of the data target and delete the init fkag for the data source.
4. Go back to source system. Delete the content of the setup table and run the setup table again.
5. In BW, initialise the datasource.
6. Go back to source system and schedule the V3 update job.
7. Now you can pull the deltas with delta IP.
If in any step ur having problem, pls post it.

Hi!
I think this data source is not initialized. have you loaded in BW using initzation. as suggested by disha you can see the queue in RSA7 only after initialization.

Hi Ashwin,
We have done delta loads in the past. What do you mean by initialise? What I have done is as follows:
1) Changed a billing document and saved
2) Run the Job Control
3) Run RSA3 for a Full load and get records
4) Run RSA3 for a Delta load and get 0 records (should get at least one)
5) Have gone to RSA7 and there is no entry for 2LIS_13_VDITM
What I need to know is how do I get the entry in RSA7 is it a setting that I need to make in SBIW or anything otherwise?
Thanks
hi Nitin,
When the initialisation is carried out (Initial data load for the structure in BW system), the queue for the structure can be seen in RSA7 with 0 records.
So for any changes in made in the document , the queue in RSA7 would display the same number of records.

Hi Niten,
You could try to modify some documents and save them. That will give you an entry in RSA7 queue.
Hope this helps...
