certificate printing issue

Hi

i have issue when i was printing certificate,please can any one guide to me

"Insp.lot/part.lot for certif." is not allowed (INL 100001287 )

Message no. BS002

Diagnosis

The transaction 'Insp.lot/part.lot for certif.' is not allowed for  INL 100001287, because no status is set to permit it.

Dear,

Please check status of inspection lot. Also check the user status assign to your inspection type.

for the user status which and  when that business transaction is to be performed.
