Process chain question

Dear Experts,

I need a suggestion in making a process chain. I have an ODS thats loaded everyday. The data has to be loaded into the cube only after 15 days. Now my problem is how can I make the chain run till the ODS every day and then the loading cube every 15 days? Is there any way I can have them in the same process chain? or do I need to make another process chain just for loading the cube making the initial chain as a local chain or anything like that?
