Archiving job failing in Production system.

Hi Guys,

An Archiving job is failing in PRD system.

Job Logs in SM37 are:

07.02.2013 10:40:46 Job started

07.02.2013 10:40:46 Step 001 started (program RSCMSCAJ, variant &0000000006787, user ID FICOSUP2)

07.02.2013 10:40:53 HTTP error: 500 Internal Server Error  3017: no space on pool/volume: all volumes of Pool PR_PR_POOL are locked or full

07.02.2013 10:40:53 SAP ArchiveLink (error in storage system)

07.02.2013 10:40:53 Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE

It seems to be a space related issue. So when i checked the PR_POOL space on the Archiving server,it has free space.

Pls suggest as to what is to be done now.

We are using Opentext Livelink ECM -Archive Administration Server, Version: 9.6.1

Hi Madhura,

The space allocated for PR_POOL is full. You need to allocate more space to the PR_POOL data volume on the Open Text Server.

Hi Madhura,

Please ask the OS guys to add space to the driver allocated for PR_POOL.
