CRM 6.0 Adding new products in Catalog and replica Delta - Delete products in Shop-online

Hello Experts,

I need to add a new product for a Variant in Product Catalog. For doing this, I have done next steps:

1. Tcode: COMM_PCAT_ADM
2. Modify status
3. Select product catalog area and Inactivate
4. Double click the catalog area to wich I need insert new Catalog and insert new one
5. Reactivate the sattus on all levels
6. Save

After this, I have executed Delta replication of the product catalog.. The whole traffic lights in Log result are green but when I open the Web Online Shop, All products have disappeared.

How can I solve the problem?

Hi Randhir,

I am working with a variant which have catalog view..In this view I have checked the new products with the flag and replicated  again (Delta).. But in Shop online I can't see new products..

Last week I got to see one replica succesfull...(only one time) but from that, no more..

Any idea?

Please try doing the Initial replication again.

Are you using any catalog views ?

Did the products used to appear in the webshop earlier ?

Hi Denis,

I have checked all settings configuration and everything is ok:

While replication, I have checked  the PRODUCT CATALOG and CATALOG VARIANT are in VALIDITY PERIOD.

2. Product Catalog and the catalog areas and also the products which are assigned to these catalog areas are ACTIVE.

3.TREX server connectivity is ok

But the result is I can't see CRM modifications in Webshop when Delta replica is done...Is it necessay to do something else?

Hello Victor.

Please try to replicate product catalog by initial replication.

Also please check b2b/admin/index.jsp ...

I have just seen that in tcode: COMM_PCAT_IMS_UPDA (Delta replica) we have two flags:

• Publishing Via HTTP
• Replica Content Catalog

I Executed Replica only with second Flag actived..Is it necessary too active the first one for showing Products in Web Online¿?
