Copy Planning Function NOT WORKING In Bex Analyzer from Input enabled query IP

Hello Friends please help I am trying to copy the line in Bex Analyzer and i did defined

bex- analyser tool and clicking the button(CMD = EXECUTE PLANNING FUNCTION)

PLANNING_FUNCTION_NAME = ZSICC and DATA_PROVIDER_FILTER = DATA_PROVIDER_1. Also in back end i did defined Planning Function in RSPLAN where I checked the charateristics values to be changed as version and then in parameter i gave version from 10 and version to is 20 but when i click on planning function button it does not copy the line so new records created in cube

Copy Planning Function NOT WORKING In Bex Analyzer from Input enabled query IP Can you please help what should i do so I can copy the actuals data verson = 10 to new data set Plan version = 20 so new records will be inserted in BI Cube
