SAP EP 7.3 Version using the select the preview standard ESS iview getting the portal runtime error

Hi EP Guys

we are using Portal version EP 7.3,  EHP4 select the preview standard ESS iview getting below the errors

Portal runtime error

An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.

See log file for details about this exception

iview preview on the Error

Hi Srini,

               Can you paste complete log trace from NWA.  Looks like you have not activated any of the webdynpro services in your ABAP backend system . Try running this application after activating those services. Your basis consultant should know those services.

Please activate ESS realted services in Services communication Internet Frame work, SICF and Choose the ESS/MSS realted Business Functions and activate it
