SAP Cloud For Customer : Outlook Integration Error called Waiting for waiting for synchronization

Hi Experts,

I have installed Microsoft Outlook and I can able to login in C4C from Outlook tab and able to see data in this add-in.

When I open any contact and click on Add Contact getting pop-up to add reference of Account and I am select C4C Account and click on Continue.

When I see the contact I can able to see the below message in SAP Details : SAP Hybris Cloud For Customer

"Contact waiting for synchronization with SAP Cloud For Customer Click here for more details"

Most of the object i am getting same issue.

Please let me know if something is wrong in outlook setting or C4C setting.

I will give you more info. if anyone needs.

Did you check the error folder for any errors ?

Sorry @Sathish K V,

There is no error in any folder created for C4C.

There are couple of things you could check

(1) In the settings window, is the "Save Synchronization Errors and Conflicts" enabled ? if not, you can enable, apply and reattempt the synchronization to see if there are errors recorded.

(2) Check the logs for errors that may be present.

If the above does not work, you may have to create a support incident.

I have tried but not getting any success in this options.

I will raise incident to SAP and update this post if any solution / Success from SAP.

Hello Mithun,

did you selected the Business questions related to Account and contact management in SAP C4C Implementation project?

If you go to : Implementation Project -> Questions -> General Business Data -> Business Partner -> Processing -> there are two questions related to Synchronization of account and contacts.

Please check.

Hi Mithun, were you able to solve your issue?

We seem to have a similar issue, where my system is working, but it is not for a co-worker. It says email syncing is pending. It was working earlier, but we've done two things recently 1) As you probably know, automatic logon does not work. We submitted an incident to SAP for a fix, and they suggested a registry edit, which we've done 2) She just upgraded the c4c outlook plug in, (from 1705 version to 1708).

Still looking for a fix, may need to submit an inc to SAP.
