Is there report to check multiple user logons?

Hello Expert,

As multiple logons to the production system using the same user ID are not part of the SAP licence agreement,

So we would like to know the report to check the user in our organization who did multiple logons and send this information to manager level.

Please kindly suggest report or some table.

Hi Saiya,

You may use tcode USMM and in one of the tabs you may get an option to check for Multiple logins.

It will provide you user list with which multiple logins have been made.

Please traverse through Tcode USMM -> USer Data Analysis -> User Analysis

You may view the attached screenshot for options available

There is table USR41_MLD, from where you can see the multiple logons
