SOAP:1.007 SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 400 : Bad Request") + EEM Script

Hi,

I have set up EEM in my solution manager 7.1 SP06. I have deployed SAP GUI scripts on two robots and its working fine.

When I am trying to deploy the http scripts on the same robot i am getting the following error.

"SOAP:1.007 SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 400 : Bad Request")"

Sometimes i get the error.

"SOAP:1.023 SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: HTTPIO_PLG_CANCELED")"

and this

"SoapFaultCode:4 Deserializing fails. Nested message: XML Deserialization Error. XML Parser has thrown exception while parsing input. See nested exception.."

Also note that the same scripts are also running in another Solman 7.1 SP05 where I have configured EEM. They are running fine on that system and the robots are also the same.

Please suggest the solution.

Please explain what EEM robots you use and where they installed? Is this robot is SMD agent?

Where you get these errors? During script deployment or not? What do you mean by "sometimes"?

Please explain in detail your configuration.

Hi Roman,

1. The robot is an SMD agent and it is supposed to be installed on an end user machine. However I am using the SMD agent installed on one of my SMD to deploy and run scripts

2. I get the error while deploying script on the SMD agents. By "sometimes"  I mean if i deploy the SMD agent now it gives me one of the 3 errors, if i will deploy it next time i may get the other error log. I am performing the same action - deploying the script on the robot- but it gives any of the 3 errors at any instance.

HTTPIO_PLG_CANCELED could indicate misconfigured SSL. Are you using HTTPS by any chance?

What do you mean by robot? I have never heard that word being used in together with Solution Manager.

Robot is just a name given to the SMD agents when they are used for EEM.

Did you correctly set up webdispatcher port in solman_setup and in your instance profile?
