Error at Starting the instance Solman 7.2

Dear All,

Am installing the Solution manager 7.2.

Now am at the step Start Instance.

But in this step am geting the error Instance SOL/DVEBMGS00 reached state SHUTDOWN after having state STARTING. Giving up.

I have gone through so many blogs couldnt help me .

Please anyone help.

Hi John,

ERROR => shmget(10040,1238000000,992) (28: No space left on device)

Looks like shared memory issue. Stop SAP instance and run cleanipc to remove shared memory segments.

Once segments are cleared then start SAP.
