Can anybody explain why, when I create an InfoPackage for 0CRM_PROD, I cannot select PSA and then InfoObject?
The only entry available for selection is "only PSA", but the BP document says I should select PSA then InfoObject.

Do you have a direct infosource for 0CRM_PROD?
If it is a flexible one, may be you have no data target and update rules based on this IS?
Sometimes when the datasource might supply duplicate records, only PSA route has to be taken. You can select update subsequently and also the ignore duplicate flags to move data to InfoObject immediately.
