Hello,

When we execute the asset balances report (S_ALR_87011964) with the check-box 'Use ALV Grid' option to export to excel is disabled

Can you check if  'System -> list -> save -> local file' is working ?

check the authorization object S_ALV_LAYO ALV Standard Layout with value 23 is available to AU.

You need S_GUI Activity 61 for Export

S_ALV_LAYO will allow users to maintain the global display variant. This should only be assigned to support users as changing the display impacts ALL users.

F_IT_ALV is an optional object and allows you to restrict if users can create, maintain, etc their own display variants. No access is the same as full access

neither have anything to do with exporting data from SAP.
