For Dispute Management, can Root Cause be linked to specific Reasons? For example, for Reason "Damaged Goods" we want to see only Root Causes for Damaged Goods? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

In my understanding, Standard SAP does not automatically link Root Cause with Reason in Dispute Management (or does it allow you to through standard configuration).
However you can have a developer maintain a ZTable for you or even use
STVARV Table which will basically have that ability built in for you whereby only certain Root Causes are allowed depending on the Reason chosen (or vice versa).
That's at least how we achieved this requirement here at Dole Packaged Foods (which is where I work).
