JCO: Where can I find librfc32.dll?

Ok, i know that SAP Business Connector or the SAP Web Application Server for Java had. The point is, where? I didn't found any of these downloads or packages.

Please, anyone send me librfc32.dll to my e-mail...i just started in SAP enviroment yesterday :P
