Init error

I was doing an Init without data on ODS. Under Manage ODS, The QM status and technical status show green but when i go into Monitor, it is red.

Under the status bar, it says

"Processing the request in the BW system is taking a long time and the processing step Second step in the update has still not been executed."

System response

<DS:DE.RSCALLER>Caller is still missing.

I dont understand what error this is
