Cannot apply SNOTE1154410 ZDOC_UNLOCK_DOCUMENT

We want to remove the "write lock: for the files that the user locks in cFolders. When the user is no longer with the company, the file remains locked forever.

To unlock this, we cannot apply SAP note 1154410.

When we download the note, we get the messg "Cannot be implemented".

We need to execute transaction to remove the lock status.

Hi Sheville,

I am actually not deep in cFolders. But looking at the report, it seems that it does not have any correction instruction. The source code for ZDOC_UNLOCK_DOCUMENT seems to be provided as attachment to the note. Hence you have to manually implement it (i.e. using SE38 / SE80 instead of SNOTE)

Implemented manually and used it using SA38/SE38.

We were able to unlock the documents locked by users.
