Getting error- Provider Selection Object: Initialization Issue

I am getting above error while executing a dashboard.

Do this this error related to any installation problems or from application side?

its a BO dashboard....below is the error snap

We are using Xcelsius SP3.

We have used BICS connectivity...

Actually this dashboard issue is occurring on a particular user's system, if the same user try to run the dashboard from other machine, he is able to run it.
