Openinig MS Office document from KM

Hi!

There is intresting situation.

When user click to Excel document from KM it may takes him a very long time (10 minutes) when it opens. If Excel application is run before opening document from KM - opening completed immediately.

Versions are: Netweaver SPS12

MS Office 2000, Windows 2000.

I can't reproduce the situation in WinXP + 2003 office. Everything is OK.

How can I solve the problem in Office 2000?
