CRM Service -> billing integration -> conditions?

Hi Gurus,

small question: We do billing in CRM and now want to implement an ERP integration for billing. We know the customizing, but the part with the condition and G/L account assignment is confusing for us. For example the final price is no conditions record in CRM. We could there for example enter 0PR0 as list price. Then we assign to that condition a ERP G/L account. The G/L account is checked and taken from ERP, so existing.

After the settings we get the error that the revenue account could not have been determined:

System Response

No revenue account could be determined for billing document 90000012 item 0000000020. The system attempted to access the Customizing settings for revenue account determination via the following key O 50000003\O 50000003\10\00\\0PR0\DE, but this was not successful.

Procedure

Check your Customizing settings for revenue account determiation.

I think this is now caused from missing ERP customizing. I checked on ERP side as well but could not find the problem in the customizing for revenue account determination. One step there is define ans assign account keys. There ERP conditions are used.

First big question: For the billing integration to FI/CO with CRM billing, is it a prerequisite to have the conditions the same way, the same records in both systems to get this working?
