preconfigured adobe interactive forms

Hey,

Which preconfigured Adobe Interactive forms can be used with the ecc5.0 and WAS 6.40?

We are examining at a customer if it is advisable to start using Adobe interactive forms. To be able to judge the time needed for implementing the adobe forms, preconfigured forms would be usefull.
